DND Laser.com Warranty Policy

DND Laser.com, LLC strives for excellence and stands behind our product with a 180 day warranty on all refurbished assemblies purchased.

In the event that you have a need to return our product under warranty please contact us at 1-877-DND-LASER (363-5273) and we will provide you with a replacement fuser and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form. Simply fill out the form with a brief description of the nature of the defect. Place the RMA form, proposed defective assembly, and the original Invoice in the same box the replacement was shipped. Then return it to DND for inspection.

Items will not be warranted if the following applies:

• Any modifications or misuse are detected.
• Error caused due to poor or lack of maintenance to the hosting printer.
• Incorrect installation of product resulting in damage to assembly.

If the product does not qualify under our warranty policy, we will notify you with an explanation:

• You will be invoiced for the replacement assembly and return the product to you at your expense.

Or

• Dispose of the product at your direction and invoice you for the replacement assembly.
