Create a print cleaning page:

1. Press
   
2. Press or to scroll to CONFIGURE DEVICE menu and press .
   
3. Press or to scroll to PRINT QUALITY and press
   
4. Press or to scroll to CREATE CLEANING PAGE and press .
   
5. A cleaning page will print.
   

Print the Event Log :
The printer internal event log stores the 50 most recent events, and can be printed at any time. To print the event log:

1. Press
   
2. Use [UP ARROW button] or [DOWN ARROW button] to scroll to CONFIGURE DEVICE menu and press.
   
3. Use [UP ARROW button] or [DOWN ARROW button] to scroll to DIAGNOSTICS, and then press .
   
4. Use [UP ARROW button] or [DOWN ARROW button] to scroll to PRINT EVENT LOG , and then press .
   
5. The EVENT LOG will print. The control panel will display PRINTING EVENT LOG.
