Core Exchange Procedure & Policy

• In an attempt to best serve our customers, DND Laser does not charge an up front core exchange deposit.

• We provide a neon sticker with the Return Address, RMA#, and Due Date for easy exchange.

• Each customer is allowed 30 days to return the core before “core charges” are applied.

• After receiving ordered product -- it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the “core exchange” back to DND.

• Place the core in the exact same packaging and place the neon sticker on the outside of the box.

•  It is also the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.

• Prepaid return shipping labels are available upon request (please call toll free 1-877-363-5273 for details).   

• In the event the core exchange is not received within 30 days the customer will be contacted and a core charge will be invoiced and charged.

• Cores that have preexisting damage that is  beyond repair will not be accepted.
